CO-FOUNDER & CEO

Robert actively develops and oversees the firm's overall vision and investment strategy. He works directly with leadership to set and execute key growth initiatives and provide oversight of all investments. He continuously analyzes the national and regional economic trends that impact the firm's focus on single- and multi-family investments.

Robert is a 25-year veteran of the real estate industry with extensive experience and knowledge in acquisitions and dispositions, asset and construction management, residential development, and financing. Before founding Urban Row Group, he founded and operated Wiseman Homes, raising nearly $75 million in various real estate syndications for single- and multi-family developments across the Houston metro area. Robert has been a licensed Texas real estate broker since 2009 and is also a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, the National Association of Home Builders, and is a TREC-approved MCE Instructor.

Kelsey works directly with leadership to manage the firm's daily functions and investment initiatives while fostering and maintaining relationships with various operating partners and investors. Before founding Urban Row Group, she led marketing and client relation efforts for Wiseman Homes while serving as a project manager, where she delivered 50 thousand square feet of ground-up residential development totaling over $6 million in real estate asset value.

Kelsey is a licensed insurance agent and real estate entrepreneur who entered the industry in 2013 and now oversees a personal portfolio of residential properties across Greater Houston. She has a market research and brand strategy background, spending nearly a decade across prominent advertising and marketing firms. She has a B.A. in Marketing from Texas A&M University's Mays Business School and an M.A. in Advertising from The University of Texas at Austin. She enjoys being outdoors, playing racquetball, and volunteering in the community.

CO-FOUNDER & CFO

Terrance oversees and drives the firm's financial performance and strategic goals through fiscal operations. He has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, with extensive underwriting experience for single-asset and REIT portfolios. Terrance previously worked for top-tier firms, including Barclays Investment Bank, KeyBanc M&A, Goldman Sachs, and JPMorgan Chase. He holds Series 63, Series 7, and Series 79 FINRA licenses. Terrance also manages his own portfolio of residential properties across the Houston metro area.

Terrance has an MBA from The University of Rochester’s Simon Business School and a B.S. in Finance from Hampton University. He has been Chair of the Rotary Club of Washington, D.C., since 2015. Terrance loves Contemporary and African-American art and music and is passionate about youth mentoring and financial literacy.

As the 4th generation in his family in real estate investment and development, Kyle's roots go as far back as his great-grandfather immigrating from Ireland to excavate the first Detroit city hall with horse and plow in the 1920s. Additionally, with investment into some of the original homes in Detroit for rental properties, the McCully family's investment in "build to rent" dates back nearly 100 years. Prior to joining Urban Row Group, Kyle served as Partner and Chief Business Development Officer for a nationally recognized private wealth management firm with over $147 billion in assets under management.

Kyle played soccer and tennis at Spring Arbor University while majoring in Finance. When not in the office, you can find Kyle spending time with family, golfing, playing tennis, and supporting Houston charities such as Barbara Houston Literacy Foundation, American Cancer Society of Greater Houston, First Tee of Greater Houston, Houston Tennis Association, Museum of Fine Arts Houston and many others.
